- Ticket sidebar app location:
- The expanded view of the Business Rules Inspector tool has a new section called “Trigger Evaluation Process” that outlines each trigger evaluated in the recursive looping of triggers. This section details every loop in the process and the triggers evaluated until the first trigger that passes is fired. It continues to show each subsequent loop until the process reaches the end of the stack. This helps admins visualize the entire trigger evaluation process and assists with troubleshooting.
- Main nav bar app location:
- A new Business Rules Usage app was added for Super Admin Tools Pro customers. Admins can view recent tickets affected by triggers, automations, or macros. Select a rule and see a list of tickets influenced by it, aiding admins in troubleshooting business rules by seeing the affected tickets.

- Testing new tickets now requires that a Requester is added to the ticket before testing can proceed. This previously could cause failure with business rules evaluation without an explanation as to why.
- Extensive testing was done against large sets of business rules to ensure that business rules evaluation of trigger conditions is done more accurately to better represent which triggers will fire.
- Main nav bar app location:
- Markdown and HTML formatting was updated in the Describe Business Rules app to improve indentation of sub-bullet points and code blocks. Also added Created and Updated information in the description of each business rule.
